WMCCAI Conference & Expo FAQs

Where and when is the 2023 Conference & Expo?

The 2022 event is Friday, February 24 and Saturday. February 25, 2023. All events will be held at Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC at 801 Mount Vernon Ave., NW, Washington, DC.

What are the show hours?

Conference & Expo opens on Friday, February 24 and runs through Saturday, February 25, 2023. View our “Schedule at a Glance” on our Schedule page for further information regarding times of education sessions and expo floor activity.

 

How do I register?

Register online by visiting our Registration page! If you need to pay by check, please email events@caidc.org for assistance.

I am interested in exhibiting at the Expo. How do I reserve a booth?

To purchase a booth, please click here to visit our Exhibitor Page. You will need your CAI membership number, if you are a member of WMCCAI. If not, click non-member to proceed.  Once booths are sold out, if you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please email events@caidc.org.

I am an attendee; where can I see a list of exhibitors?

What education sessions are being offered?

Visit the Seminars & Sessions page for the full list of education sessions scheduled for the 2023 Conference & Expo.

How can I access my Exhibition Portal?

Exhibitors, you can access your Exhibition Portal at any time by using the bottom at the top of the Expo site page labeled “Exhibitor Booth Login”, or simply click here. Log in and click on “Existing Bookings” to see your booth, company rep information, add profile information, pay an invoice and more!

I can’t log in to my booth. How do I access my Exhibition Portal?

If you can’t log into your booth, it is possible you have either not registered yet, or you simply need to reset your password. Visit the main Exhibition Portal page (click here) or use the bottom at the top of the Expo site labeled “Exhibitor Booth Login”. From there, register or log in using your log-in credentials, or click below on “reset password”. An email with directions will be sent to your registered email address. Check your spam folder as well if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

I registered, but can’t access my account. How do I find it?

If you think you have registered and can’t access your account, it is possible you need to reset your password to get access again, or you haven’t registered an online account yet. To do so, please visit the Registration Portal and log in using your credentials. If they don’t work, use the “reset password” tool below the login section. If you don’t have an account registered, click the next tab that says “Create a New User Account” and follow the prompts.

WMCCAI’s Conference & Expo is held annually and attended by over 2,100 members and non-members of CAI. The Expo Hall boosts more than 200 booths with over 190 exhibiting companies. Education sessions are offered by homeowners, community association managers, and business partners.
